Health Condition Statement

I declare that I am in good physical and mental health, suitable for participating in the trekking excursions organized by Advenzu by Girgenti Marco Antonino. Should there be any particular health conditions (e.g. allergies, chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, etc.), I commit to inform the guide before the start of the activity.

Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that trekking involves intrinsic risks including, but not limited to:

Injuries caused by falls, slips, sprains, or various incidents related to the hiking trail;
Accidents related to sudden weather changes or adverse weather conditions (extreme heat, wind, rain, thunderstorms, etc.);
Accidental contact with potentially dangerous local wildlife and flora;
Exposure to volcanic gases, fumaroles, and other geological phenomena typical of the volcanic area of the Aeolian Islands.

I therefore assume full responsibility for any accidents, physical injuries, or material damage that may occur during the excursion, explicitly releasing Advenzu by Girgenti Marco Antonino and its staff from any civil or criminal liability in relation to such events.

Participation of Minors

As the parent or legal guardian, I declare that I take full responsibility for the participation of the minor under my care in the hiking activities organized by Advenzu by Girgenti Marco Antonino, acknowledging and accepting all previously described risks and releasing the organizer from any liability in the event of accidents or damages.

Consent for Use of Images and Videos

Advenzu by Girgenti Marco Antonino is expressly authorized to freely use, without any financial claim, the photographs and/or video footage taken during the excursion in which I or the minor under my responsibility may appear, for promotional, advertising and communication purposes, including use on social media and the company’s website.

Privacy Policy

Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), the personal data collected will be used exclusively for administrative and organizational purposes and to fulfill legal obligations related to the excursion. Such data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law and will be retained only as long as necessary. The participant may exercise their rights regarding data processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by submitting a written request to the email address listed on Advenzu's official website.
