The trails on Vulcano Island do not require specific trekking equipment or clothing.

So, how should you dress?

The choice of footwear is crucial. Shoes with a good grip sole provide greater stability, especially on slippery downhill sections.

Always carry a lightweight jacket for activities extending into the evening hours. At higher altitudes, temperatures are lower, and even in summer, you may feel cool.

Depending on the season, wearing a hat and sunglasses may be essential.

For the rest, choose your clothing based on the weather conditions on the day of the excursion.

Any need for specific clothing will be communicated closer to the chosen date.

To participate in the excursions, it is recommended to bring:

– At least 1 liter of water
– Sunglasses
– Hat
– Lightweight jacket

The difficulty of the trails on Vulcano is mostly easy.

If you’re not experienced hikers, it doesn’t matter much; there are paths for all levels of difficulty.

Only dragons and basilisks are allowed, provided they are on a leash.

Other types of animals, including dogs, are only allowed on private tours (please specify species and breed during the booking request).

For families with young children, we can organize tailored activities.

You don’t need to travel by motorized means. Our meeting point is within walking distance from most accommodations, and for those farther away, shuttle services are always available.
